JUNIOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
First Balfour's Junior Management Training Program is a 4-year program designed to prepare, train, and retain high performing engineers for future supervisory, managerial or specialist positions. Each person shall be immersed in the different departments of the company to give them hands-on experience on the different aspects and positions involved in working in a construction and engineering company. They shall also undergo various trainings to enhance their business process knowledge, technical skills, and leadership skills.

This non-binding, performance-based program is aimed at producing well-rounded individuals with a vast and intensive learning experience that can help them be the most effective in their eventual area of specialization.
Qualifications:
The Program is open to licensed BS Mechanical, Electrical, Geodetic, Environment & Sanitary and Civil Engineers with excellent scholastic records and preferably belongs to the top 10% of his/her graduating class. Must be eager to be assigned in project sites and take on provincial assignments. Shows keen interest in developing his/her career in the construction and engineering industry.
