I.                   Mechanical Engineer

• This is open for fresh graduates of BS Mechanical Engineer

• Registered Mechanical Engineer

• Preferably belongs to the top 10% of his/her graduating class

• Must be eager to take on project site and provincial assignments

• He/She will be exposed in al facets of the Plant & Operations Department

• Shows keen interest with machines, engines and equipment logistics

• He/She must be willing to undergo our Junior Management Training Program

II.                Accountant (CPA)

• This is open for fresh graduates of BS Accountancy

• CPA

• Preferably belongs to the top 10% of his/her graduating class

• Must be eager to take on project site and provincial assignments

• He/She will be exposed in all areas of the Finance & Operations Departments

• He/She must be willing to undergo our Junior Management Training Program

III.             Human Resources Specialist

• This is open for fresh graduates of AB Psychology, Human Resources Management or AB Behavioral Science or its equivalent

• Preferably belongs to the top 10% of his/her graduating class

• Must be eager to take on project site and provincial assignments

• He/She will be exposed in all facets of the HR Department

• He/She must be willing to undergo our Junior Management Training Program

First Balfour's Junior Management Training Program is a 4-year program designed to prepare, train and retain high performing individuals for future supervisory, managerial or specialist positions. Each person shall be immersed in the different departments of the company to give them the hands-on experience in human resources management, construction accounting and plant management  in a construction company.  He/She shall undergo various trainings to enhance their business process knowledge, technical and leadership skills.

This is a non-binding, performance-based program aimed at producing well-rounded individuals with a vast and intensive learning experience that can help them be the most effective in their eventual area of specialization.
