First Balfour Houses New Function Rooms

In response to the increasing need and utility of function rooms, First Balfour has expanded its function areas in occupying a newly renovated 14.8 x 4.8 meter area at the second floor of the Benpres Building.

The area houses a small lobby and two rooms: a 7.8 x 4.8 meter conference room which can accommodate functions for 12-14 guests; and a 4 x 3.5 meter meeting room which can accommodate smaller functions for 6 people. The said area was blessed by Father Richard Garrido last December 17.
