First Balfour Inc. and Asiatic Development Corporation (ADC) signed a joint venture agreement of a proposed development of a 7.7 hectare lot in Bay Laguna into a residential subdivision.
The contract signing was done last December 17, 2009 by ADC President Paul Tanchi, First Balfour Chairman Fiorello Estuar, President Anthony Fernandez, and Board of Director and Former President Benjamin Liboro. Also present were: Senior Vice president for Estimating Rey Villar, Vice President for Operations Albert Ignacio, Senior Manager for Legal and Commercial Atty. John Villegas, and Senior Manager for Strategic and Business Planning Vik Apuzen.
