The scope of works included pavement cutting, breaking and surface restoration, excavation and backfill, pipelaying, installation of appurtenances, construction of valve box/manhole, vavle insertion, installation of district meter assembly, interconnections, service connections, and other related works. First Balfour also provided the materials and labor for this project.
